Lift your iman on hard days
Small anchors for heavy seasons — adhkar, a daily reminder and a du’a in your own words.
- A few minutes, morning and night
- Daily, for as long as you need
- Any level
- 3 steps
This path is for you if…
- Faith feels distant or heavy right now.
- You are going through worry, grief or a difficult season.
- You want something small that still helps.
By the end, you will…
- Two daily anchors of remembrance, morning and evening.
- One reminder a day from the Qur’an or the Sunnah.
- A habit of speaking to Allah at night about what is on your heart.
The plan
Step by step.
This path is for the days when faith feels distant. It asks very little of you: a few words of remembrance in the morning and evening, one reminder, and a quiet du’a before sleep.
The Du’a Companion on this site gathers supplications for worry, grief and forgiveness, each with its source.
- 1
Morning and evening
Hold on to the morning and evening adhkar.
Begin with two or three adhkar, not the whole list. Say them in the morning and again in the evening. When they feel natural, add one more. A few words said every day hold you better than many words said once.
Tips
- Use the dhikr counter if it helps you keep count.
- Say them at the same moments each day, for example after Fajr and after Maghrib.

Once a day
Let one reminder a day reach you from our channel.
Join our WhatsApp Channel for one ayah, hadith or du’a each day. Read it slowly once when it arrives, and come back to it before you sleep.
Tips
- Turn on notifications for the channel only, so the reminder is not lost.
- Share the one that helped you with someone who may need it too.
- 3
Every night
End each night with one du’a in your own words.
Before you sleep, tell Allah what is on your heart, simply and honestly. You can begin with a du’a from the Sunnah for worry and grief, and then continue in your own words.
Tips
- Keep it short. One sincere sentence is enough.
- End with the du’a before sleeping.
Common questions
Before you begin.
What if I feel nothing when I make dhikr?
Keep going gently. Keeping the habit matters more than how it feels on a given day, and hard seasons pass.
Is this a replacement for help with my mental health?
No. If sadness or anxiety stays with you for a long time, please also speak to someone you trust, or to a doctor or counsellor. Looking after yourself is part of looking after your deen.
